Regulations of the Mashjari Caravanserai

  • Compliance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of IRAN is mandatory for all employees and dear guests.
  • Preservation and protection of the environment and natural heritage through waste reduction, waste separation and waste recycling.
  • Pets are only allowed in the designated boarding area. (by prior arrangement)
  • The guest is responsible for providing bathing amenities including towels, slippers, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.
  • The feedback box is available to the public electronically and in person, and management is required to respond to all feedback within a maximum of two weeks after submission.
  • Prayer rugs and prayer mats are available in all rooms.
  • The interior of the caravanserai is quiet from 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM for guests to rest, and during these hours, celebrations and meetings will be held in a special area (fire pit and open-air amphitheater).
  • Respected guests are advised to refrain from bringing valuables with them as much as possible, otherwise they are responsible for their own safety and security.
  • Dear guests, please take the utmost care in preserving the existing green space.
  • Parking for cars and buses is provided on the edge of the area.
  • Mashjari Caravanserai has a hygienic and suitable restaurant, and serving and eating food in the rooms is prohibited.
  • When dining, please pay attention to the restaurant’s opening hours.
  • For all services, an official invoice will be provided in paper or electronic form upon request by the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for transporting and moving their belongings.
  • Mashjari Caravanserai has a shop to supply the minimum necessary safari equipment, food, etc. at reasonable prices.
  • A diverse selection of hot and cold drinks and natural regional teas will be available in the restaurant and pantry.
  • For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to take food and drinks out of the restaurant or pantry.
  • Medical and first aid services are available on site.
  • It is the responsibility of the guests to wake up at specific times to benefit from the complex’s services.
  • Rooms are cleaned before they are handed over to guests and after guests depart.
  • The size of the double beds is Queen size.
  • 220V AC electricity is available to everyone.
  • All rooms do not have a TV, radio, or telephone.
  • Foreign guests can convert valid foreign currencies into Rials.
  • Taxi and shuttle services are available by prior arrangement.
  • All kitchen and pantry staff have special clothing and a valid health card.
  • All guests and employees are insured against accidents from the time of departure until arrival at the destination (Moshjari Caravanserai). (Origin within Iran)
  • The dishes served are the best reflection of local traditions, and the expert staff offers local food and drinks to the esteemed guests.
  • The staff wear local clothing that reflects the local style.
  • The aesthetics of the environment will reflect the high quality of authenticity and indigenous culture.
  • The bedrooms and the furnishings used, as well as the curtains, are appropriate for cultural, heritage, and indigenous values.
  • While preserving the traditional characteristics of the buildings, the complex strives to provide guests with comfortable conditions.
